About

Guzzelers fuel delivery logo

A one-truck fuel delivery run out of Plymouth, NH — Regular 87 brought to your driveway, work or job site.

Our mission

We are committed to bringing our customers more than exceptional service. We want to bring back a sense of community that we feel has been lost over time.

There was a time, before many of us were even born, when full-service gas stations were part of everyday life. But what does full service really mean? To some, it means someone comes out, takes your card, and pumps your gas without saying a word. To others, it means an attendant fills your tank, checks your tires, and cleans your windows.

Whatever full service means to you, at Guzzelers, we want to bring a sense of humanity back to an everyday task. We believe convenience should still feel personal. Here is what we strive to deliver with every visit:

  1. We will strive to provide timely, safe, and efficient service every time.
  2. We will treat you like a person, not just a customer, during and after every service.
  3. We will be transparent about our pricing and policies as our business evolves.
  4. We will bring full-service fuel delivery directly to wherever your vehicle is.

Our story

How many times have you woken up for work thinking it's going to be a great day, only to hop in your car and realize you're out of gas? Now you're frustrated and probably going to be late for work. That headache could have been avoided with a few taps on your screen. Guzzelers could have filled up your car the day before.

We wanted to take a familiar problem, one that has led to plenty of frustrating conversations with my own bosses, and create a solution. Guzzelers is a New Hampshire-based business-to-consumer mobile gas delivery service. We bring fuel directly to you, wherever you are, and we wanted to make the experience memorable from the very beginning, starting with our name. Drawing on what we've learned from living up and down the East Coast, traveling abroad, and our own experiences, we're building a service we believe is truly special.

We looked back at the full-service gas stations of the past and took note of what we believe deserves a place in today's culture. We want to bring back a sense of community and a slower pace of life. Our goal is to build lasting relationships in the communities we serve. We want Guzzelers to be valuable not only because it gives you time back or lets you skip the line at the gas station, but because life moves quickly these days. Sometimes, convenience means having one less thing to worry about.

How Guzzelers works

At its core, Guzzelers brings gasoline to wherever you are, whether that's at home, at work, or somewhere in between. We're not an emergency roadside service. Think of us as a convenient way to schedule fuel delivery, similar to ordering food through a delivery app.

We use two-hour delivery windows to give our team time to serve customers while setting realistic expectations for punctuality. We currently deliver 87-octane gasoline sourced from local gas stations.

During each fueling operation, we establish a safety perimeter using traffic cones and amber flashing lights. We also carry a spill kit, safety plan, and fire extinguishers to help address potential safety concerns. Safety is a priority in how we plan and carry out our service.

The full-service experience

We want your experience to feel like more than simply getting fuel. We also offer services such as tire shine, helping your tires look fresh and clean, and windshield cleaning, including the exterior windshield, windows, and mirrors as needed.

As Guzzelers grows, we hope to expand our full-service model through Guzzelers Plus or optional add-ons. Future services may include tire-pressure checks and fill-ups, windshield-washer-fluid top-offs, and general fluid checks. We also hope to expand our fuel offerings to include diesel and additional octane options.

We drew inspiration from videos like this full service gas station documentary and blending that with an exciting delivery model

Building responsibly

We want to start Guzzelers on the right foot. That means asking questions, seeking guidance, and taking safety seriously. We've reached out to government agencies for guidance on how to approach this business responsibly. We've also connected with local and state fire chiefs to discuss our business plan and better understand the safety considerations involved in mobile fuel delivery.

Our goal is to build a service that is convenient for customers, dependable in the communities we serve, and thoughtful about safety from the very beginning.

How pricing works

Four numbers, straight from the pricing board we run the business off.

Schedule it

$4.99

Book a day and a 2-hour window ahead of time.

Need it today

$9.99

On-demand delivery, worked into the driver's run.

Guzzelers+

$39.99/mo

4 scheduled deliveries included, plus tire pressure checks, fill-ups and windshield cleaning.

Outside the core area

$19.99

Flat extended-area delivery fee when you're past the radius.

Gas is priced at today's station price + $0.50 a gallon. We track the pump price at the local station we fuel from ($3.19 / gal for Regular 87) and add a flat $0.50 per gallon service fee — that's $3.69 per delivered gallon.

Nothing is charged to your card until the driver enters the gallons actually pumped — if that comes in under the estimate, the difference is credited back automatically. Delivery, extended-area and add-on fees are not refunded automatically, since the trip was made.

Questions people ask

Do you charge me when I place the order?+

No. We place a temporary hold on your card, and the final charge is calculated from the gallons actually pumped. If the real amount comes in lower than the estimate, the difference goes back to you automatically.

Why is the fuel price an estimate?+

The price per gallon tracks the station pump we fuel from and can move day to day. You see the current estimate before you authorize, and we confirm the exact gallons and price once the job is done.

Are the delivery fees ever refunded?+

The scheduled or on-demand delivery fee, the extended-area fee, and any add-on services stay charged once the run is made — they cover the trip itself. Only the fuel portion adjusts to the actual gallons. If something goes wrong on our end, an admin can issue a refund for a specific item.

Can I get Premium or diesel?+

Not yet. Guzzelers delivers Regular 87 only right now. Premium and diesel are on the way.

When can I order, and when do you deliver?+

You can place an order anytime, 24/7. Deliveries run 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and we're closed Mondays and Wednesdays — the order page only offers days and windows we're actually out.

How far do you deliver?+

Up to about an hour away from Plymouth in any direction. The first 7 miles from Plymouth is our standard area — anything beyond that adds a flat extended-area fee, and you'll see that fee on your order before you ever pay.

Why does my time window sometimes show as Full?+

We only take two deliveries per time window so the driver can actually make every arrival window on time. If your window fills up, the order page will point you at the next open one.

What do you need from me before delivering?+

Your name, phone, email, street address and city, plus your vehicle's year, make, model, color and a current photo. The photo and vehicle details are how the driver finds the right car in the right driveway.
